February arrives with intention. Where January is reflective, February is expressive,  a month devoted to connection, celebration, and moments worth marking. At Adamo, winter rests quietly on the vines, while inside, candlelight glows warmer and conversations linger a little longer.

Romance here is shaped by setting. A softly lit table. A bottle opened with care. The quiet pause before the first toast.

Our Frizzante is made for exactly that. Light and delicately effervescent, with fine bubbles and bright orchard notes, it feels celebratory without overwhelming the palate. It’s the perfect pour for anniversaries, proposals, first dates, or simply choosing to make an evening feel extraordinary.

Throughout the month, we invite guests to linger a little longer with our wine-infused chocolate tastings, thoughtfully crafted chocolates blended with our own wines, designed to highlight nuance, texture, and balance in every bite. It’s an experience that speaks to the senses, pairing sweetness with structure in a way that feels both indulgent and refined.

And for dinner, our featured heart dessert sets the tone: Passion fruit mousse layered with vibrant passion fruit compote, balanced by hazelnut milk chocolate ganache and finished in a delicate cocoa tart. Bright, silky, and indulgent, it pairs beautifully with a chilled glass of Frizzante.
