Winemaking

The 2021 Lepp- David’s Vineyard Riesling was harvested when the flavours were fully developed and the acidity was just right. We hand harvested and whole cluster pressed in our gentle bladder press. Juice selection was made at the press pan to ensure there was not any over extraction of phenolic flavours from the grape skins. It was cold settled after pressing and then racked into stainless steel tank for a long, slow fermentation at cool temperatures. A light fining and filtration was carried out prior to bottling.

Due to packaging restrictions, we offer shipping on cases of 6 bottles. Shipped orders must be placed in multiples of 6 bottles.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 per 6 bottles. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping.
