Aroma:
Fresh and focused aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruits. Followed by a medley of stone fruits with subtle notes of
toast, vanilla and honeysuckle.
Palate:
This youthful wine is crisp, clean, concentrated and smooth. There are a medley of fruits that drive the palate; green apple, pear and meyer lemon. A rich and silky mouthfeel delivers a soft and round texture with a light toast revealing nuances of butter, vanilla, and honey. An easy drinking chardonnay that is fruit-forward with a kiss of oak, acid backbone with a medium long finish that lingers and keeps you wanting more. A great wine to pair with food; roasted chicken, creamy pastas or a baked salmon are just a few examples of an excellent pairing.
