Aroma:
Fresh and fruit driven with notes of biscuit and lees. Lemon rind, lime, green apple, and Bartlett pear. Yeasty, leesy notes of sourdough bread follow.
Palate:
This is a crisp and naturally balanced wine with flavours on the palate that match the aromas. Flavours of Bartlett pear, hints of apples, notes of minerality, followed by lemon and lime pith and rind. The mid-palate is layered and textured, with notes of marzipan and biscuits along with leesy complexity. A fruit-forward, fun and fresh styled L’acadie Blanc that will gain complexity as it ages in bottle on the lees. This wine shares a backbone of acidity with refreshing fruit
flavours and a medium, off-dry, clean finish.
