Aromas:
Fresh and clean with tree fruit, biscuit notes and a hint of honeysuckle. Fruity notes of apple, pear, grapefruit pith and mineral notes followed by complex aromas of baked bread and creamy lees.
Palate:
This youthful wine has a palate that matches its aromatics. Complexities of mineral notes along with green apple, pear, citrus pith and biscuit flavours. The bubbly mousse lifts the fruit components on the palate with leesy notes and hints of oak. Subtle complexities of stone fruit, phenyl seed and baked almonds follow. Our 2017 Blanc de Noir is subtle, soft and elegant with a smooth, fine mousse and a medium length, refreshing finish.
